Shipping & Returns


    At this time, we ship in Ontario ONLY and will be charged a flat rate of $15 paid by customer for all shipments.  

    Shipping service is via Canada Post.

    Due to high volumes, Canada Post is experiencing longer delivery times in Ontario. 

    Unfortunately delivery times are out of our control, we aim to have orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of orders being placed.

    Once an order has been confirmed/shipped we cannot cancel the shipment.

    We understand that sometimes purchases do not work out. Listed below is our returns policy.

    Before returning goods you must email us at [email protected]

    Send us a message stating the issue. If the item is damaged, please include an image with your email.

    If approved, we will send you a Return Authorized Number to attach to your return package.

    ALL RETURNS must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and/or with the tags attached. Any items will need approval prior to being returned.   

    Online Purchases

    Online purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

    All original shipping and duty costs are non-refundable.

    Any return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer for items returned by mail. 

    Online purchases returned to our store locations will only be eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY   

    In-store Purchases ONLY

    Purchases made in store may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit ONLY. 

    Please bring the item(s) and original receipt. 

    Store credits cannot be used for online purchases.

    All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

    Live plants, altered or personalized items and special orders are non-refundable. 

    Accessories (jewellery, gloves/mittens, hats, scarves), intimates, swimwear, and non-medical face masks are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. 

    We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the qualifications mentioned above.
